Our People
Azimuth’s team of scientists have practical and proven experience in our service areas. We have grown over the years to support our clients, expand our team’s technical abilities and keep pace with the evolving regulatory regimes we operate within. Our team includes two Diplomates of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT), Professional Biologists (AB, BC) and a BC Contaminated Sites Approved Professionals (CSAP) Risk Assessor. In addition, five individuals were selected to be included on the College of Applied Biologists’ subject matter expert roster.
Azimuth was started in 2001 by three founding partners, including Randy Baker, who tragically passed away in 2018 while on a natural history adventure in Nepal. From the beginning, our core values have included attributes such as quality science, forward-thinking, connection, teamwork, and work-life choice – all of which were exemplified by Randy.
